What quality T-shirt can I expect?

At Red Raccoon we use only the finest quality Gilden Ultra T-shirts.  All our shirts are pre-shrunk, and the seams are double stiched, so they wont fall apart after only a few washes (if you love your shirt as much as we do and follow the washing instructions!).

All our designs are carefully printed by hand and to order.

How do I know it will fit like I want it to?

Take a look at our sizing section on the Home page.  Please note that whilst the sizes shown can only be an indication – they will help you to get the fit that you are looking for.

What do I do if I haven’t received my T-shirt?

If you haven’t received your T-shirt after 10 days from placing the order you should e-mail us with your details  raccoon@redraccoon.co.uk. Nothing is more important to us at Red Raccoon than making sure we satisfy our customers-so we will do what we can quickly to help you get that T-Shirt.

What if I am not totally happy with something?

In the rare event that something isn’t just right please tell us about it as soon as you can. Use our contact e-mail raccoon@redraccoon.co.uk and we will quickly get back to you with a solution.
