Can I order a T-Shirt if I live outside the UK?
At the moment we are only supplying our quality Red Raccoon T-shirts to customers who live in the UK. We do have plans to go ‘world wide’ soon, so keep looking. If you’re really disappointed with this (and in a way it’s a good sign for us!), then contact us with your details at raccoon@redraccoon.co.uk.
How will my order be sent to me?
We normally use Royal Mail 1st Class. For orders of over three T-Shirts we may use FedEx. For large orders we would package your T-shirts together/send a number of packages.
How long will it take to send me my order?
We will send you your T-Shirt as soon as we possibly can, and certainly within three working days. Most T-Shirts are sent the day after we receive your order.
What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
If you haven’t received your T-shirt after 10 days from placing the order you should e-mail us with your details at raccoon@redraccoon.co.uk. Nothing is more important to us at Red Raccoon than making sure we satisfy our customers-so we will do what we can quickly to help you get that T-Shirt.
